Our club prides itself on being a small club that aims big. We get involved in international projectsto improve the quality of life of people around the world.

We co-sponsored a rehabilitation project for Regent Rural  Primary School in Sierra Leone. We renovated the school building in Phase 1, then refurbished the equipment (desks and chairs) in Phase 2.

In 2008 - 2009 our club co-sponsored the Sweet Water Well project, to bring drinking water to about 150,000 people in rural India. The total cost of the project is approximately USD 17,500. The Fort William Rotary Club contributed USD 3,000, and with help from TRF Matching Grant the project is nearing completion.

In 2004 - 2005 our club co-sponsored an Eye Hospital in Calcutta, India.  The club contributed USD 5,000 and completed the project with a matching grant from D5580.  The total cost of the project was USD 28,500.
