First we had to build the float Which required lots of heads together planning on the part of Bob and Craig And hay bales brought by John, Gloria and Bette Ann Robert works as Gloria supervies. Then on parade day there was final prep at the site by Boris and Robert
Rick was our volunteer driver from Erb Transport. Thanks Rick President Dave was on the first float with all the politicians. The Exchange Students were ready to march in front of the float The Air Cadets were behind the float. They also help to dismantle the float at the end. Thanks 66th Air Cadet Squadron The Ventrudos and Phillips were all snuggling up to keep warm, on the float.
Fiona managed to sneek onto the float as a babysitter!! The rest of us were busy at the Heritage Building providng hot chocolate etc., to help everyone warm up Irene found a handsome volunteer to stand by She also found some clowns Jodi, Bev and Gordie stopped momentarily to have their photo taken
PDG Ajoy, President Dave and Port Arthur's President took time out for a photo op. John took the hay bales back The tree was taken down And everything was put back into storage ready for next year. And so ends another successful Xmas Parade.
